Refund policy

Food safety
Because our products are consumable food items, we cannot accept returns of opened jars. This protects every customer who orders from us.

Unopened items
Unopened, unused jars in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives broken, leaking, incorrect, or not as described, email hello@aumeorganics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping your choice. You will not be asked to ship anything back.

If you are unhappy with the product
Write to us at hello@aumeorganics.com and tell us what happened. We would rather hear it than not.

How to start a return
Email hello@aumeorganics.com with your order number and reason. Do not ship anything back before contacting us returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Non-returnable
Opened items, sale or clearance items, and gift cards.
